a month agoThe food was great, food was delivered on an robot which was cool and fast. However service was not that great. I asked for water three times for our table and the table next to us that was not even sitting received water. The waiter lost our entire order on his tablet so had to wait a while before we could pay. Also ordered drinks from their new bar, which needs work. The island girl drink was more like coconut flavored orange juice. Decor was nice though.

2 months agoWe ordered 1-lb bags of head-on shrimp, breaded shrimp, and raw oysters, and everything was phenomenal. The oysters were hands-down the freshest I’ve had at any seafood boil spot in Arizona—clean, briny, and ice-cold. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and packed with the Louisiana seasoning. On top of that, they have a robotic device that brings food to the table, which was such a cool surprise—never seen that at a seafood boil spot before and it made the experience even more fun. Huge shoutout to Joshua, our server. He was genuinely one of the kindest, most attentive people I’ve ever met—welcoming, patient, and truly elevated the whole meal. Amazing food and standout service. Definitely returning.

3 months agoBag o Crab is the best place to get Cajun seafood in the west valley! We’ve been here two times and the food and service have consistently been great. We got the combo #1 with mussels and shrimp, combo #2 with snow crab, calamari, and garlic fries. The calamari and garlic fries basket is a must get. Alyssa was our server and she was fantastic! She’s nice and was attentive to all the tables she was serving. Looking forward to coming back soon.

3 months agoThis wasn't a meal- it was an experience! I ordered the number 2 combination - I was completely surprised when the waiter brings out this bag of crab (reason for the name lol) with the goodies I ordered. I ordered the medium spice (I think there's 6 heat levels) and Louisiana style. The waiter asks if I'm okay with him opening the bag and putting the contents on the table (it's lined with disposable food safe wax paper) to which I said sure. He also brought scissors, crab cracker, and a bib in which there's food safe gloves (which I missed until after I'd eaten) and an old fashioned wet wipe, which I really needed after eating. Needless to say, eating this delicious meal was unlike anything I'd ever experienced. And it took me a good 30 minutes to get through all of it. See the picture for the final result of my meal. My experience was amazing - my waiter was great (I felt bad about the mess but I guess they're used to it!) And given the chance I would absolutely return again. Next time I might use the gloves though :) Oh and the picture is blue from the atmospheric lights, which I thought was really well done

4 months agoMy husband and I came here for date night and it did not disappoint. The customer service and restaurant were super clean and inviting. We ordered the combo 2 ( unfortunately they were out of the king crab which is what we originally came for) garlic noodles and lemon pepper wings. The wings were so crunchy, seafood boil fresh with plenty or seasoning and the garlic noodles are amazing. We took home the tiramisu for desert and it was also delicious (it is on the sweeter side) We spent around $90 and had plenty of food to take home. The portion size is great for the prices. We will definitely be back.

5 months agoGreat food and service. Wings were big and juicy, garlic noodle was seasoned perfectly, and snow crab was meaty ands fresh. Got the Atomic sauce and it was flavorful. Got 2 orders of wings, garlic noodles, and combo 2 for 4 of us to share and it was perfect amount of food. Definitely better than other crab places nearby. Highly recommend. The food came out looking so good I forgot to take pictures. Edit: Went back to take pictures

5 months agoThis place has excellent food and service. Louisiana flavor is my favorite. They definitely try to get you the best quality stuff out there, the oysters were so fresh. They have amazing lunch deals as well. My favorite thing might have just been the french fries and the fried fish. That fish was outstanding and also their fish Poboy was one of the best if not the best I’ve ever had.

5 months agoWe decided to try the new Bag O’ Crab and it did not disappoint. Great food and service. Prices were reasonable. I LOVED there were a variety of menu options. Will be back for sure!
